B. Eccentric: not having the same center; not concentric: used esp. of two circles or spheres at least one of which contains the centers of both.
How intricate and interesting to look at! It reminds me of a Victorian muff that ladies used on cold days to keep their hands warm. I especially like the way the featherfall is twisted around the outside. I can't stop looking, everywhere I look is something new and interesting!
